Along with the order receipt and dispatch emails you receive, these Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and Nameera by Farooq. Placing an Order:
To shop on the Nameera by Farooq online store, you must understand the process of placing an order. When you select an item from our collection and click the "Order" or "Buy" button, you initiate the ordering process. Our system allows you to review and correct any errors before submitting your order. You may also cancel your order within 2 days of placing it.
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. A second email will confirm the order, signifying that a contract between you and Nameera by Farooq has been established. If an issue arises, such as an item being out of stock, we will notify you via email and issue a refund if payment has already been made.
Payments:
By placing an order, you authorize Nameera by Farooq to determine the timing of your payment. Payment may be taken at the time of order, after delivery, or at any point between order placement and delivery.
Our general payment terms require a 60% non-refundable advance deposit, which covers essential business costs. The remaining 40% must be paid before the order is dispatched. The payment split may vary, but the initial payment will always be considered a non-refundable advance deposit.
Prices:
The prices listed on our website are fixed and include shipping charges unless otherwise specified.
Product Availability:
We do not guarantee that all products on our website will always be in stock. Availability may vary, and it is possible for items to be out of stock. Additionally, the images of products on our website are intended for illustrative purposes. While we strive to present our products as accurately as possible, there may be slight variations in color due to screen brightness and other factors.
Delivery:
International deliveries may incur additional taxes and import duties, for which Nameera by Farooq is not responsible. We cannot provide exact calculations for these charges, and it is the customer's responsibility to cover any such costs.
